Shizen Capital
Privacy Policy
Effective July 23, 2026
Atrium (“the app”) is the private investor portal operated by Shizen Capital (“Shizen”, “we”, “us”) for its Limited Partners. This policy explains what data we handle, with particular attention to data obtained from Google when you sign in with your Google account.
Data we access from Google
When you choose “Sign in with Google,” we access the following through Google’s standard sign-in scopes (openid, email, profile):
- your email address;
- your name;
- your Google profile picture; and
- your Google account identifier.
We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google service or data. Signing in with Google is optional — you may instead sign in with a one-time email code.
How we use it
We use the data above solely to:
- authenticate you and keep you signed in;
- match your sign-in to your existing Limited Partner record using your email address; and
- display your name and profile picture within the app.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How we share it
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating the portal. We share your information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, to run the portal — for example, providers of cloud hosting and infrastructure, authentication, and email delivery. These providers may use your data only to provide services to us, and not for their own purposes.
How we store and protect it
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) and stored by our providers with encryption at rest and access controls. Access is limited to authorized Shizen personnel. In the Atrium mobile app, your sign-in session is stored in the device’s secure keystore (Apple Keychain / Android Keystore).
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
We retain your data for as long as you are an active Limited Partner, or as required for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing contact [at] shizen [dot] vc. We will delete data that we are not required to retain by law.
Google API Services Limited Use
Atrium’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
